Surface Coating of Steel and Cast Items

Cleaning and Pre-Treatment
- 1st Chamber – degreasing at 60 degrees C (140 F)
- 2nd Chamber – Double rinse with a water activator mixture
- 3rd Chamber – Zinc phosphate treatment
- 4th Chamber – Triple rinse with desalinated water preparation
- 5th Chamber – rinse with pure desalinated water

- RAL 9005 black with 17-20 μm thickness
- Curing

Powder Coating
- Wide range of RAL colors, 80 – 100 μm thickness

Parts to be coated go through a 5-chamber pre-treatment
All relevant areas of our facility undergo regular inspections by our Quality Control to ensure an optimal corrosion protection.
