In-House Toolmaking

Surface Coating of Steel and Cast Items

• Cleaning and Pre-Treatment

Parts to be coated go through a 5-chamber pre-treatment

• 1st Chamber – degreasing at 60 degrees C (140 F)
• 2nd Chamber – Double rinse with a water activator mixture
• 3rd Chamber – Zinc phosphate treatment
• 4th Chamber – Triple rinse with desalinated water preparation
• 5th Chamber – rinse with pure desalinated water
   

• CED Coating

• RAL 9005 black with 17-20 μm thickness
• Curing
   

• Powder Coating

• Wide range of RAL colors, 80 – 100 μm thickness
• Curing

All relevant areas of our facility undergo regular inspections by our Quality Control to ensure an optimal corrosion protection.
